Small changes can make a big difference in supporting our mental wellbeing from one day to the next. It can feel hard to take action, especially during difficult times, but there are simple steps we can all take to look after ourselves and feel better.

Here is some information that we hope will be helpful and interesting, it covers help with the cost of living and local groups and services that can help improve wellbeing.

DAWN is a confidential, non-judgmental face to face service for any individuals who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence and abuse, coercion and control, providing a service tailored to the needs of each individual, with an emphasis on targeted and personalised specialist support and intervention.

DAWN provide individuals facing domestic abuse 1:1 support, and run a variety of groups including:

• The Freedom Programme

• The Parallel Parenting Course- How to “Co-Parent” when your Ex is a Covert Narcissist.

• The International Women’s Group

Now covering Upton upon Severn

and surrounding rural areas

including Hanley Castle, Hanley

Swan, Welland and Kempsey.

The Demand Responsive Transport

operates Monday to Saturday

7am – 7pm and offers an

alternative to fixed route public

transport services.
