What is a Primary Care Network?

Primary Care Networks are designed to make it easier for patients to access health and care services in their area - with primary care and community services, social care and voluntary organisations working together to offer more personalised, coordinated health and social care to their local populations.

Malvern Health Centre, New Court Surgery, St Saviour’s Surgery and Whiteacres Medical Centre are working collaboratively in Malvern as Malvern Town Primary Care Network, alongside our partners across other local organisations.

If you’re a patient at one of these practices, you’re part of Malvern Town Primary Care Network - and the programmes we operate are designed to support you.
