Total Triage System

We are going to be trialing a new online consultation service-Total Patient Triage. This will be a great way for you to contact our practice for medical or admin requests. It will be very simple to fill out. We really think that this will make it easier for most people rather than waiting on hold to speak to a Receptionist. For patients that do not have access to the internet you will be able to speak to our Reception team who will complete this on your behalf. This will be going live at Malvern Health Centre week commencing 24th April 2023.
